Brief Introduction and background
Victors’ Academy started in 2018 to serve as means to achieve one of our life transformation objectives which is to improve the welfare of the underprivileged children through providing them both informal and form education, child mentorship, guidance &counseling and life skills training so as to avail them viable alternatives of life.

This idea was developed after observing a number of children living a miserable life since many of them were deprived of opportunities that could lead them to full potential development. Most of these children live in poor households with limited potential to provide for their growth needs. Therefore the school acts as a reception and restoration centre.

Problem statement
The school’s transformational work has been progressing over years and we have seen the number of children increasing as we work towards meeting their educational needs. However, the most pressing challenge is that school is temporarily constructed with timber/wood, and the timber is rotten, iron sheets worn out and leaking, classrooms are dusty. The school wooden structure is in a very sorry state as can be observed in different pictures and our fear is that if heavy rains come, the school may end up being blown down. Therefore we are seeking support from well wishers to construct permanent classrooms structure.
